Maria and Marshall's, wedding was at the historic Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg and it was nothing short of perfect. Their celebration was a perfect blend of elegance, charm, and personal touches that reflected their unique personalities.
The Provencher Ballroom at the Fort Garry Hotel served as the picturesque backdrop for their ceremony and reception. The grandeur of the ballroom provided the ideal setting for their day, with its classic architecture and timeless ambiance.
One of the standout features of their ceremony was the stunning round floral arch that served as the backdrop. This exquisite display of blooms added a touch of romance and sophistication to the ceremony, setting the tone for the rest of the day. What made it even more special was how they repurposed the floral arch as the backdrop for their sweetheart table during the reception.
For the reception we used a mix of round and rectangle tables, each meticulously set with beautiful centerpieces and décor. The round tables featured tall stands with floral arrangements, adding height and drama to the space. Tall clear votive holders added a soft glow to the tables, creating an ambiance of romance and sophistication.
On the rectangle tables, greenery garlands and floating candles adorned the center, adding a touch of natural beauty and warmth to the room. The combination of floral arrangements and candlelight created a magical atmosphere that captivated guests throughout the evening.
One of the most memorable elements of Maria and Marshall's wedding was the personal touches that infused every aspect of the day. From their non-traditional first dance to the playful addition of chicken fingers and fries with chocolate milk for dinner, every detail reflected their vibrant personalities and sense of fun.
The black and white dance floor with a customized M&M monogram added a touch of glamour and sophistication to the reception, serving as the perfect stage for the newlyweds and their guests to dance the night away.
